An ancient Indian herb used as a food supplement to maintain the balance of all the three doshas and an adaptogen

Maximum daily intake: 6-10 g

Take 1-2 teaspoons in a saucepan and boil in water/milk and drink like tea You could also blend it with your smoothies

Caution: Contraindicated in pregnancy, hypertension and while on hormonal contraceptives
