Triphala ghee is a mixture of three Indian berries in ghee:

Amalaki (Emblica Officinalis) Indian gooseberries

Bibbitaki (Terminalia belerica) Beleric myrobalan

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) Chebulic myrobalan

It is commonly used as an adaptogen / antioxidant and for ayurvedic detox

Maximum daily intake: 3-6 g

Take 1 teaspoon followed by hot water

You could also use this ghee while cooking but make sure you use only one teaspoon of this ghee (you can mix with other ghee or oils)

You can also mix this ghee with any food you consume, just add a teaspoon on top of your delicious meal

Please note - As this product is processed in a factory where nuts and other plant or food products may be processed, the following allergens may be present in trace quantities in this supplement: nuts, pollens, lactose, gluten, berries
