Ingredients: Dry ginger, black pepper, long pepper, rock salt, cumin, nigella, Ferula foetida, wild celery
Adult maximum daily intake: 3-6 g
Mix 1/4th of a teaspoon of powder in 1/2 teaspoon of ghee and consume with rice or mix 1/4th of teaspoon of powder in half a cup of hot water and drink like tea with a dash of honey, or mix 1/4th of a teaspoon of powder in half a cup of yogurt and drink
Please note - As these herbs are processed in a factory where nuts and other plant or food products may be processed, the following allergens may be present in trace quantities in this oil: nuts, pollens, lactose, gluten, berries
Not suitable for hypertensive, as this product contains rock salt
As this is a spice mix, too much of this might cause gastric irritation. So use with caution.
