An ancient Indian herb used as a food supplement to reduce vata and kapha doshas, improves strength and stamina, reduce stress, anabolic in nature, adaptogen and maintains men’s health

Maximum daily intake: 6-12 g

Take 1-2 teaspoons in a saucepan and boil in water/milk and drink like tea with a dash of honey

You could also blend it with your smoothies
