An ancient Indian herb used as a food supplement to reduce pitta, maintain the tone of the uterus, skin tone (varnya) and woman’s health

Maximum daily intake: 6-12 g

Take 1-2 teaspoons in a saucepan and boil in water / milk and drink like tea with a dash of honey or liquorice
